Victoria diverged from Alberta this morning, with a bit more of an uptick in conditions. Things were reasonable at 1520UT and started to fade down, but there was a bit of a Chinese lift (no, not a martial arts move) about 1540UT as well.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly): 594 JOAK 1517UT 774 JOUB 1529UT 828 JOBB 1524UT 972 HLCA 1534UT Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling with splash or noise): 837 woman and man in Chinese 1542UT 891 JOHK woman //594 1517UT not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker: 567 JOIK woman //594 1519UT 639 CNR1 //945 1528UT 747 JOIB music box 1542UT 918 woman and man talking Chinese; some echo, 1555UT, then into music followed by more woman talking as it faded. Sounded like 1548 // 918 on South Korean KiwiSDR, but earlier variety had now become just a woman talking, so hard to tell for sure.
