Stu Forsyth, Chief Editor of the NZ DX Times, logged and verified this back on 7 Apr 2018 at 0834 UT using one of the club's SDR's at Russell in the Far North, while carrying a relay of the Beeb..... excuse was an equipment failure when they were supposed to be on FM only.
