Had one of those nights when I woke up at about 2:30 am. On 1060 I was hearing Spanish music and talk with an unusually load and clear signal. At the top of the hour, I heard "this is KDYL South Logan Utah" and back to more music.
The AM Radio Log shows their format as Chinese Radio Intl. In a rare moment, I checked Wikipedia and they reported the station changed it's format to Radio Unica effective January.
