----------------------------------------------------------- From: Dan Message 16 in Discussion Running on concrete is only bad for your knees if done regularly for long periods of time, we walk on our legs all the time and even though the pressure on our knees when walking is a small percent compared to running, we would' all have chronic knee problems if running once a week would cause serious or even minor problems. Also Eoin i remind you that the run is along a kinda dark route and unless the ball is fitted with some sort of light it'd be hard to catch.
