From what I could see The organisation of the compt went as so. Nuala printed out a match sheet. Nuala got someone (Yvonne, Dierdre, Tom etc) to go collect a referee Referee collects sheet from Nuala, runs fight, brings result back to Nuala Nuala enters result. No prizes then for spotting the bottle neck in this particular process. Nuala has got people at her disposal, however she won't give them any responsibility beyond running errands.
