I shall tell you because i am walking knowledge. The reason there is all this bickering is because all these new members arent used to the level of familiarness that the regulars or 'boys club' have here. So basicly anything that is deemed to be a jibe against someone, everyone gets all narky and defensive and antsy. We've all been there. But, after a few weeks everyone will relax, the in-jokes will develop and reading all this bickering and pointless natter wont give me a headache.
