2. [New comment] PYC - Allow the Setting of the Icon if generating EXE

"This might take some doing since it would require setting up an unmanaged
resource (DefineUnmanagedResource) on the resulting executable. The res file
format is documented, but would need some library behind it, or a pure python
module that could generate it from an icon file."-----------------
