Going back to the original topic of the issue "no module named urllib" I can confirm it was resolved by installing required packages with Ipy. It was my fault thinking that installing packages with CPython, and then simply set IronPythonű1s search path pointing to the same Lib\site-packages folder would work. Although I do not understand the difference, probably because I am new to Python. Thanks again for your help Thimo.
