Hi All, I'm keen to help out the effort and so I started having a look at implementing the nkf library.
I'm about half done on nkf but it requires $KCODE so I thought I'd contribute that first on it's own. Still finding my way around so all feedback appreciated :-) Cheers, Andrew. P.S. Sorry about spurious diffs in csproj files - I think this must be a VS version thing.
