Tfpt review /shelveset:DirFix;srivatsn Fixes RubyForge [#21126] Dir.glob **/ returns duplicate entries.
The code was enumerating the current folder's and its subfolders' files recursively and hence everything got counted twice. The fix tracks that with a flag.
