Though you can databind against ruby attributes on the desktop: take a look at my railsconf blogpost ... There's a section about databinding against active record.
This does not work in Silverlight though. It might work in SL4 since WPF 4 has specific databinding support for dynamic objects, and that code will most likely be ported over. ~Jimmy Sent from my phone On Jul 15, 2009, at 8:30 AM, "Tomas Matousek" <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> wrote: No, it won’t generate CLR class unless your class implements an interface or derives from a CLR type. Will that work in silverlight too? --- Met vriendelijke groeten - Best regards - Salutations Ivan Porto Carrero Blog: <http://flanders.co.nz> http://flanders.co.nz Twitter: <http://twitter.com/casualjim> http://twitter.com/casualjim Author of IronRuby in Action (<http://manning.com/carrero>http://manning.com/carrero) _______________________________________________ Ironruby-core mailing list [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> http://rubyforge.org/mailman/listinfo/ironruby-core
