Hi

I needed to do the following to get it to install

in cmd.exe
SET MERLIN_ROOT=''

in powershell
$env:merlin_root=''
igem install watir

but... I did install the user-choices gem from tar archive trying to find a
way out.

I'm using ironruby from the git HEAD

Because it installs fine for me

can you also give me the following env variables

echo %PATH%
echo %GEM_PATH%
igem env

location where you extracted the ironruby binaries

maybe we can find a way out
