I know in RC1 I had to manually copy the following files: copy C:\ironruby\lib\ironruby\gems\bin\spec C:\ironruby\bin\ispec copy C:\ironruby\lib\ironruby\gems\bin\spec.bat C:\ironruby\bin\ispec.bat
