Tried to sync my local copy again, and building from source. There is
updated code, but the same error

   1. I tried building every solution in the "\Solutions" folder.
   2. Copied "\Languages\Ruby\Scripts\bin" *.bat files to "\bin\debug".
   3. Started a console window in "\bin\debug".
   4. Entered "igem install rails".

Error:

ERROR: While executing gem ... (TypeError)

    can't convert NilClass into String
