topic append??

anyone interseted in adding /topic -append or -a to append to the end of the
topic so u don't have to bother copying and pasting if u don't wanna change
it....i think it would be easy and helpful....i am not really much of a
coder but it would be neet to see this feature

if someone can tell me how to do it i would try...
