A fault with IRSSI's queuing of whois queries

Dear List,       I wrote a script to receive a list of nicks in the current channel of an active window, and then run a /whois query on each one to redirect the whois_channels event to allow the user to search for people in specific types of channels. It seems that when there is a good amount of users in the channel, a lot of IRSSI functions slow to a crawl. Until the queries are done, IRSSI is basically not usable.   -Danny
