Sometimes, extremely rarely though, I notice that ban list shown by
/bans doesn't show _actual_ bans, sometimes it keeps old ones.
And additionally - I saw it few times - I see people on the channel
as not opped while others see them opped. Not sure though, this
could be a server-side bug...
Both problems are extremely rare so I see no way to reproduce them,
unfortunately. When I rejoin the channel, lists and modes are
synchronized as expected.
Is there any way to "resync" ban & modes list while on the channel,
BTW?
