I'd like to do that when I clean it up a bit. One thing I'd like to do
is have it auto-recognize when its settings have changed and then reload
them. I tried catching the signal "setup changed" but it doesn't send
any parameters. I guess I could take over the "set" command but the
changes wouldn't be in place until after my handler was called (right?).

The other thing to do would be re-initialize each time any setting is
changed, but that doesn't seem right either.
