you could continue xirssi (http://real.irssi.org/?page=cvs) that was cras' 2nd attempt to write a gtk gui for irssi. if i compile it against gtk2.2 it doesnt allow input for me atm. but it worked fine already. hope this helps darix -- irssi - the client of the smart and beautiful people http://www.irssi.de/
