I have been trying to get the new feature recode to work with FiSH, but it looks like FiSH is called _after_ recode. When does irssi call the recode functions? Is there anyway to be sure that FiSH is called *first*? I have seen that FiSH uses signal_add_first() but I don't know about the prioritate that it has compared to the built in functions.
