From the welcome message, it would seem that the apache ID that I got ('danhaywood') covers ssh and SVN, but does not also cover the JIRA [1]. At any rate, I tried logging using its details and got nowhere.

So, I've now created a login on JIRA, namely 'danhaywood'. What do I now need to do in order to get read/write permissions to manage Isis components, milestones etc?

Mark... I see you would seem to be the owner of our JIRA site; perhaps you could advise if no-one else chips in?

Thanks
Dan
