Further to Mark's recommendation that we just forward the emails
granting IP to isis-dev.
We already have IP from the 5 committers (Rob, Dan, Kevin, Alexander,
Dave), via the CCLAs that each have signed.
By my reckoning there are 4 more.

I have not looked at Naked Objects in a while, but when I recently noticed
the change from the GPL to the Apache license I was very happy. This will
surely accelerate adoption rates and increase the number of contributions.

Yes, they are. I made all the changes myself without any code from
somebody else.
b) you are happy that these contributions become copyright of Naked
Obects Group Ltd. (who can then in turn grant rights to Apache on
behalf of everyone).
I believe I can't legally do this in the Netherlands (or Europe?). What I
can do is grant you a very liberal license to use my code. I think the BSD
is even too restrictive, so to prevent any legal ambiguities I hereby
place my patches in the public domain.
I don't know if this is sufficient. The Dutch Wikipedia page mentions that
it is not clear whether or not somebody can explicitly place works in the
public domain.
I would appreciate it if you mention my name in the code even if the code
is in the public domain now. Thanks.
Will this do? If not, I am sure we can work something out that is legally
sound, and prevents me from having the ability to retract the right of
Naked Objects Ltd. from using it anyway they like.
