 Done, rev 1022010.  Not mock libraries, was a matcher that I wrote 
(see org.apache.isis.commons.matchers.NofMatchers#anInstanceOf)

I also fixed up some package names for ditsribution/examples.

Can you have a look at *NameFileFacetFactoryProcessTest *as it isn't 
compiling.  Looks like a version issue with one of mock libraries.  
You'll probably see the problem straight away.
