I could infer that it is used to *add* scimpi infrastructure to an existing project, but I couldn't figure out how to specify all three of 1) the scimpi (sub)project name, 2) the parent project name, and 3) the overall package. But I didn't exhaust all combinations of groupId, projectId and package... ;)
