The CLI (command line interface) viewer was intended to allow blind users to
interact with an Isis application. A version was got working against the NOF
codebase (prior to 3.0), but was subsequently mothballed.
This codebase has been contributed as part of the NOF framework, in
contrib/initial/nof/incubator/cli/.
This ticket is for someone to pick this up if they are interested, and develop
it further.
