bumped version from 0.1.0-incubating-SNAPSHOT up to 0.1.1-incubating-SNAPSHOT

Following on from my email a few days ago, since no-one has objected 
I've now just bumped version from 0.1.0-incubating-SNAPSHOT up to 
0.1.1-incubating-SNAPSHOT.

This means if we republish our snapshot, our original archetype should 
still be preserved.

Obviously, this isn't intended to replace a proper release process, 
which we will get to in due course.
