How do I change JIRA status to "refer back to reporter for testing"?

Hi all,

I know I'm tired, but I can't see how to change the ISIS-117 ticket to 
indicate that I'd like to the refer to case back to the reporter (Barry, in 
this case).

I'm have this impression of previously seeing a "refer back to reporter" 
kind of option, but I can't recall if it was in JIRA or somewhere else 
(Trac?).

Any advice?
