There is something funny with the URLs in the TCK modules. I'm
getting numerous "No such file" errors in all TCK modules - it looks
like the URL (siteBaseDir?) goes too far above the correct parent:
"file:///tmp/applib/index.html
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/tmp/applib/index.html'
