1-3 years work related experience.
Degree in Computer Science or any related field. Minimum technical
requirement - minimum CCNA. Full or part CCNP preferred.
Experience in installing, troubleshooting medium to large-sized network
installation.
Experience working in vendor environment preferred.
Experience in working with/in MNCs with enterprise-ranged network will be an
advantage. Competencies : · Strong working knowledge with Cisco Network
Devices - Routers, Switches and Firewall. 2. Application Engineer
Location : Penang Office Roles and Responsibilities: Application
Development mainly in Notes;
Scoping a development project;
Support emerging IBM platforms e.g. DB2. Requirements: Experience in
application development;
Experience in Lotus Notes/Domino preferred;
Experience in web development tools preferred;
Experience in a RDBMS like DB2, MS-SQL an advantage;
ICA (AD) an advantage. Competencies : Application development, SDLC
3. Application Engineer Location : Penang Office Roles and
Responsibilities: Application Development in .NET Platform
Scoping a development project Requirements: Experience in application
development;
Experience in MS .NET preferred;
Experience in web development tools preferred;
MCSD an added advantage
4. Application Engineer Location : Subang Office Roles and
Responsibilities: Perform user requirement study and documentation
Perform solution design and documentation
Develop J2EE application
Implement J2EE application and related hosting products Competencies :
3 to 4 years of J2EE development experience
Good command of Javascripts, JSP, servlets, and EJB development skill
Working experience in Websphere Application Server and DB2
Preferrably with WebSphere MQ, and JMS development skill
Added advantage if with WebSphere Portal skill
Additional Requirement:
Good command of English, both written and verbal
5. Software Developer Location : Subang Office Roles and
Responsibilities: To do product development
To build gapware to complement software offerings
To explore new development techniques and put them to practical use
To explore new technology and put them to practical use Competencies :
3 to 4 years of .NET development experience
Good command of Java and C++ development skill
Prior working experience in R&D environment
Additional Requirement:
Good command of English, both written and verbal
6.Solutions Architect Location : Subang Office Roles and
Responsibilities: To assist sales person in technical presales activities,
e.g. requirements capturing, presales call and etc
To architect software solution based on customer input
To perform software solution estimation
To prepare proposal, presentation, and demo for software solutions proposed
Competencies : 5 to 7 years of software development and implementation
experience
At least with presales engagement experience in vendor environment
Well verse with IBM range of software products
Preferably with WebSphere, and Lotus brand knowledge
Added advantage if with DB2 knowledge
Additional Requirement:
Very good command of English, both written and verbal
7. Account Manager Location : Subang and Penang Office Job
Description :
Manage achievement of sales targets in the Territory including monitoring of
timely and correct invoicing to customers
You will be the main point of contact for the assigned client accounts
Manage and develop existing key accounts
Develop new accounts and sales leads
Understand clients requirements and manage written proposals
Ensure clients requirements and expectations are managed and met
Maximise revenue from each client
Meet revenue based targets
Liaise with PreSales and Technical team on proposals and projects
Provide first line customer support
Monitor, analyze and report competitors activities and market-related
information
Qualification:
Degree with 3-6 years plus / Non Degree with 4-7 years plus experience. Travel
element will be 40%
Experience:
The incumbent should have worked in a sales role with atleast 2 years of track
record of sales quota achievement
Experience with Government sector, telcommunication industry or SMIs
Client facing experience telephone, meetings and presentations
Experience of proposal writing
Experience of delivering projects to deadlines and high standards
