Also, if he if he did commit zina, is it okay for them to ask details, like number of people he slept with if he sincerely repented and is resolved to stay away from Zina? Is that relevant to why they should or shouldn't give their daughter in marriage to him, even if he is a practicing Muslim who is dedicated to turning his life around for the sake of Allah (ta'ala)??
