FLU America and Europe this last winter 99-2000 experienced an epidemic of Flu from a virulent type of flu viruses, with little or no defenses (except one or two vaccines which has little protection) to stop its spread especially between old peoples on whom it has its most victims. Here we describe a simple and easy way to increase immunity against infection with these viruses as a whole and also reduce to minimum the period of the illness when it occurs. Its part of the Islamic way daily life where Muslim has to wash himself for the five prayer he has to do daily, This washing called WADOO and an essential part of that is to wash his nose three times in a peculiar way which we are going to describe: To put water in his hand and sniff it hard until it reach the mouth or the pharynx, then to blow this up hard, this has to be repeated three times. It has many benefits: 1-Keep the nose which the normal breathing way open all times and no mouth breathing which means: -The inspired air is clean of dust and any other foreign bodies. -Of normal temperature/ not very cold and not very hot. -Of normal humidity and/ not dry. 2-The water passing through the nose seems to have an effect on the orifices of the nasal sinuses which keep them open, also stimulating these sinuses to empty their secretion, preventing their acute and chronic infection. 3-The passing of the water up to the mouth has a cleansing effect on the pharynx and the tonsils preventing their inflammation. Treating the acute and preventing the chronic one. 4-This action seems to increase the resistance of the mucous membrane to infection by common cold viruses, And even when an infection by these viruses established it is not going to last more than a day or two. 5-It reduce the allergic reaction of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity reducing the nasal polyps formation which could be as a result of an allergy reaction. WE CAN SEE BY SIMPLE EASY ACTIN AND VERY CHEAP A LOT OF BENFITS CAN BE GAINED THIS NOT TO COME EXCEPT FROM GOD WHO SEND HIS MASSENGER (PBUH) TO TELL THE WOLD EVERY THING GOOD FOR THIS LIFE AND THE ONE THEIR AFTER.
