réjouit de la décision prise par l’administration d’IKEA

Le CFMC aimerait féliciter la décision prise par
l’administration d’IKEA à Edmonton en Angleterre qui a appliqué des
mesures concrètes afin d’accommoder les femmes musulmanes parmi les
employés de leur grande entreprise.
Cette administration d’IKEA a tenu compte des besoins de la
femme musulmane de porter son voile islamique. En effet, elle a respecté les
croyances religieuses de ses employées musulmanes voilées et elle a permis de
les exprimer librement dans le cadre de son travail. Ces mesures démontrent la
prévenance et la bonne conscience de la direction d’IKEA
d’Edmonton.
Le CFMC invoque à tous les employeurs, surtout au Canada, de
créer et d’améliorer l’environnement de ses employés au travail, un
environnement où le respect des droits de toutes les femmes, tel que le port du
Hijab, est tenu en considération et il est essentiel que des mesures concrètes
soient effectuées afin d’atteindre cet important objectif.

The prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also said, "Whoever calls to guidance will have a reward similar to the reward of the one who follows him, without the reward of either of them being lessened at all."
