Organizing Special Training Courses     Appeal  to  ICNA &MAS Training  Dept.          The background of jameat or jamat provide  excellent training  in  the  ISLAMIC  MOVEMENT .  Those fortunate  brothers &sisters who  were  trained by ISLAMIC MOVEMENT,IN  POST  SEPTEMBER  FACE  DIFFERENT   CHALLENGES .In   the  following  I  am appealing these   brothers  &sisters,  in  the  light  of  Quran  &Sunna come  up  suitable  CURRICULA.   ISLAMIC   MOVEMENT  ORIENTED  BROTHERS  from  Indopakistani  back  ground ;IKHWAN[MUSLIM  BROTHERHOOD ] from Middle-eastren  background  provided an excellent training in Islamic movement in SUBCONTENENT (India Pakistan Bangladesh)  or  MIDDLE-EAST, PROVIDED  EXCELLENT  BACK  GROUND  & TRAINING   IN ISLAMIC  MOVEMENT .. Although there are differences in strategic planning in these countries but general theoretical training is driven from vast literature produce by Moulana Maudoodi   and Syed   Qutub & his  brother Mohammed  Qutub   & his associate serves and excellent background in Islamic  training &inspiration, in  building  motivational  fortification..       Coming to North America, there is much change in the prospective of Islamic movement ----- working in alien environment , where Dawah  to   Nonmuslims   should be our dominant theme of action; however the prospective of working with Islamic movement remained a strong intellectual &  emotinal  bondage..        But after September 11th 2001 along with the global changes much has come as a challenge to Muslim umma of North America. In this prospective the need of the training has change 180degrees.                  Providing special training to personnel designated for this purpose of dealing with post Sept. 11th situation. Such training should focus on the enterfaith dialogue{ training   dealing with  ,other  faiths &developing  stategies  to invite  to Islam  }, study of comparative religion, dealing with the  Non-Muslim community and social service organizational and government officials.         TheARKAAN[  designated  by ICNA as MGA’S ] and the members\workers have to be trained in these special areas. Whatever training they had back home (subcontinent or the middle- east ] is very inadequate)   The  TRAINING  PROGRAM  of  ISLAMIC  MOVMENT  ORANISATION  LIKE  ICNA  OR  MAS,it  is  imperative ,  the training programme should cater to this need and come up with programs which are suitable post September 11th situation.         This situation could be improved by training alone.  This problem is so pervasive. Training has to be immediate on a short-term basis. Off course long-term solution requires careful planning over a period of time. There could be exchange of resources between other national organizations and local mosques.   ICNA & MAS, SHOULD  TAKE A  LEAD &THE  CENTRAL  DEPT  OF  TRAINING OF  ICNA &MAS ,  SHOULD   PROVIDE   NOT  ONLY  GUIDELINES  BUT  MONITOR  THE  PROGRESS  AT   THE   REGIONAL   &LOCAL  UNITS.   SUBMITTED  WITH  REGUEST  TO  MODIFY    THEIR   RIGID  APPROACH.TO   The  APPROACH  OF   ADAPTATION   to the  changed condition  WITH  SUITABLE  CRRICULA  &  GUIDELINES.   PL.
