My namesake - Akhil Kareem Orhan, akhi we had brother Mesut Kurtis come to
Australia not so long ago - and he spoke perfect Turkish maashaAllah.
Akhi, La Tahzan - don't be sad.
Try to be like those who when in public - seem to be with the people, but are
infact with Allah subhaanahu wa ta'ala. Never feel that you are alone, know
that the Cause of All causes is with you where ever you may be.
Try and increase in dhikrullah, as this will increase the nur that will enter
your heart inshaAllah.
All that said, since you have come to the 'big' city, what you have requested
for is Alhamdulillah a great thing. Pray to Allah subhaanahu wa ta'ala to grant
you Saliheen friends who will guide you towards all that is khayr, and not
sharr!
Wa kunu ma'as Saadiqeen - And be with the Truthful ones - we are commanded,
so I pray that Allah subhaanahu wa ta'ala grant you brothers in Deen who will
be an inspiration for you and the other Muslims in NY.
As for down here in Melbourne, Alhamdulillah we are blessed with some real
gems - Alhamdulillah!
