asalamualikum....... *Question: *Is Car/Life/Health Insurances permissible in Islaam ?
*Answer: *Health insurance, life insurance and car insurance are not permitted due to what they have of *jahaalah* (uncertainty) and risk. For instance a man can pay a lot, he can pay for a long duration and not benefit anything from what he has paid. On the other hand, a man can pay only once or twice and take a lot of money in return.
