What ever happened to the concept of Total Quality Management have we given up on beta testing and other forms of pre-deliver, pre-market testing? These development processes have become so critical to so many people that there needs to be some level of assurance such as that which pharmaceutics are required to comply with. If need be, then it should also be federally regulated. Recently measures were taken to have CFOs certify there books, well if I was a CFO and had stuff like this going I would be very concerned. After all how can you certify the books if the systems that they are running on are running flaky-ware? Good Luck!
