Hi everybody, I want to configure WCCP v2 on a Catalyst 3550 running IOS 12.1(11)EA1a. Originally my Catalyst was supplied with IOS 12.1(8)EA1c but I was enable to activate any WCCP config on it. I upgraded then to IOS 12.1(11)EA1a. I configure WCCP "redirect in" on the customer VLAN side. The catalyst see my caching engine (CacheFlow 6000) but no packets are redirected to it. I don't want to use Layer 2 redirection, so CacheFlow does not support it.
I have a case opened with CacheFlow and another one opened with Cisco. CacheFlow support engineers are asking me to test an IOS version 12.1.3. Cisco support engineers suggest me to don't change my IOS version and are still working on my case. Does somebody can suggest me some action to take from experience?
