It has comes down to either the - AOS needs to be upgrade (at least 3.1.6.21 for SNMP bug) - The ATM card is bad
Anyone has AOS for Redback? Either 3.1.6.25 or 5.0.6.0? I think the SMS-500 contains an old AOS (3.1.3.10) or that the ATM card is bad... I just need the AOS to see if this is the problem or needs to get a service contract with Redback to replace the ATM card, or that the SMS-500 just not worth it to get the service contract.
