Hi, Can anyone help me, I sold 6 Cabletron STHI-24 to a customer who tells me they didn't receive the ring in ring out version. He tells me he needs the TPIM-2 or TPIM-4, what is the difference and is this the ring in ring out module that he would insert in the STHI-24?
