The BitRage CR45-A is a wireless carrier-class 5.8 GHz U-NII band clear-channel DS3 radio system that delivers actual throughput of 45 Mbps full duplex. The proprietary BitRage Digital Signal Processor (DSP) technology provides extremely reliable error-free transmission even in the noisiest RF environment without utilizing the extensive overhead of Forward Error Correction (FEC). This enables the CR45-A to deliver the entire 45 Mbps, which is especially important for latency-intolerant applications such as ASP data, voice and broadcast quality video transmission. The BitRage CR45-A is a plug and play system, which allows for easy installation and virtually no maintenance. The CR45-A will operate up to 25 miles point to point and may be used in repeater links with delays of less than 1 millisecond between links. Features including digital readouts on the Outdoor Unit (ODU) and Indoor Unit (IDU) and no configuration make the CR45-A ideal for customers who need a fast, extremely reliable solution without waiting for fiber right-of-ways, licensing issues or leased line installation.
