Dear Bhutta Sb ,

Thank you for your support and now  it should be clear infront of all members that ISPAK is supporting our legal battle .  Unfortunately PTA has not issued any circulars or letters to all ISP'S regarding what as per your mail has been agreed upon by PTA . As there is not time left and due to some Expected  change in Top management of PTA , which seems inevitable now due to change in age for retirement  and also as  no extension in service summary has been put forward till today , it seems difficult that some past promises will be fulfilled . Again we will spend another year or two in convincing the new Chief of PTA what Royalty is and why its illegal .

I think requesting court's intervention at this time will be the most appropriate thing to do .

Best Regards

Dear Mr.Saad,

AoA,

This is one letter we have sent many letter on these grounds to PTA and MoST.

We never opposed you for legal remedy. You may came to know that on the same ground we tried our best to convince or get back feed back from PTA but we could not get reply of our letter on royalty. So members decided to accept 1.5% to end this issue. The sword was hanging upon us. Now we got many concessions which we were not expecting.

I again assure you that we are not against you. Why you think so, You mal recall that I got time from Minster and I surrendered in you favour.
Please take it positive .

Best regards.
Bhutta

Subject: ISPAK: ISPAK VIEW ON ROYALTY FEW MONTHS BACK

Dear All,

Please read the attached file in  word document . Those who oppose should read this letter carefully as it was signed by Mr.Bhutta and  the same  was the view of all ISPAK members . Now when we are taking this matter further from where it has been left . Please do not oppose us . We are taking the same issue in the same legal way and on similar legal grounds .

Best Regards
