on 10-7-2001.We will discuss your proposal ad advised by you.
Principally and to fulfil the demand of justices , only
paid members should be eligible to cost vote and enjoy mailing list.
There should be differences between paid and un-paid members.

I think you can ask everyone to vote and take the decision from the paid
members, I personally think we should restrict the mailing list to paid
members Only, However we must convince everyone to clear theirISPAK
outstanding dues and try to include everyone whosoever clears the dues.

representative. Remember
ISPAK is body of ISPs. Do not give impression that

person out.
Registered member is one who has got registration. Make
the request to
members to pay the dues. Do not try to keep the people out
on
technicalities. Be humble and make friends. The positions are open for
any
body who is considered eligible by the
majority.
