This was an incedent waiting to happen. And God forbid, but more will
follow.

PTCL should take a step back and re-design their whole IP BackBone
Network. 

It was said in the Technical Comitee Meeting that PTCL has signed
contracts and it cannot change its design. I am sure there are ways that
those contracts can be changed, and the design changed. 

The focus should be on perfecting the design, and not patching up a faulty
design to make it work.

Minister Sahib should be told that the present design has flaws, and his
whole marketing of Pakistan IT power can backfire if the Infrastructure is
not perfected. We are talking National Backbone here, and not some garage
ISP.
