This biggest problem is that this web site is hosted in Pakistan, where as
because of the lack of a national backbone, the most reachable center
point is the US internet.
So this site has to be hosted in US, if is has to become easilly
accessable to all ISP's.
Secondly the web server has the capability to be configured to tell what
ever cache is asking for the contents, that these contents are not to be
cahced. These features are utilized by sites like cnn.com, so the proxy
server does not caches the data. Enabling this feature on the saf games
web site will also solve this problem.
