In your suggestions I read word "Register"
Come on urge them to modernize and use computers and Internet to do their job....still DE VAS sending telegrams as reminders....fax machine does not work after office hours....
no record of calls made, complaints lodged, follow up of complaints etc..and this is situation with so called corporate customers...think what happen to poor citizens without proper connections or booty to get their work done...
 
I think your ISPAK office is better managed with meagre resources then PTCL DE VAS office..it is pathetic. 
 
Dont go merely by their words...nothing works and implemented without danda..which could be of any type depending upon situation.
