I agree with you that their should be Service
Level Agreement (SLA), you will be aware that we are demanding since
December 1999, and it was discussed in PTA and PTCL's meeting.
According to that meeting , PTCL demanded from ISPAK , the
specimen of the SLA, vide letter December 16, 1999 address to
you. It was entrusted upon you and later Mr. Azfar Manzoor to prepare the SLA.
You both , Mr. Naeem Haq and Mr. Azfar Manzor promised to prepare this
agreement with the consultation of Lawyer, perhaps you engaged a
lawyer for this purpose.
Kindly take the responsibility of this
assignment with the collaboration of Mr. Azfar Manzoor to serve the
ISPAK.

aside , what about an SLA ... again STM has been down for 16 hours .
All technical committee members are requested
to attend a meeting to discuss the SOP attached drafted by PTCL. Imran
Qureshi and Naveed Khan are also requested to attend to have a view point
from commercial and legal aspect.
The meeting is scheduled at 10:30, Supernet office, 10th floor WTC,
Clifton. Meeting will start without any delay and points already discussed
will not be repeated for any late comer.
