What kind of QOS are we talking about when there is no QOS on PTCL ...
BTW : STM1 was down for more than 24 hours in the last one week alone ...

We used to struggle to achieve our aims and objectives to facilitate our
members
and to resolve he problems of ISP by using and availing each and
every opportunity.
If you going there surly you will suggest something good
and in favor ISPAK and there is no chance to commit
something from ISPAK which must the domain of EC.
