I had this same problem last week in Mexico City. I traced it to
an
error in the original installation where a hostname was misspelled during
installation. Look carefully at the hostname error and determine if
the
host named in the error is the one you are actually trying to reach.
If
the names don't match, my first fix was to search the registry for the
location
where the wrong name was located and correct the registry entry. That
didn't work (probably because the hostname becomes part of the certificate),
so
I had to reinstall the agent under the correct name. That
worked.
However,
if
the hostname returned by the error message is the same as the actual host
name
(no human mistake), then I'll pass this to someone else for an
answer.
