TO UNSUBSCRIBE: email "unsubscribe issforum" in the body of your message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED] for help with any problems! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Briefly: You can configure this under "responses". Try, from the main menu: View-> Global Responses enter in your email gateway machine, and your email address to send the info to. Save this. Then, highlight the engine that you are interested in, and select "Responses" from the "Detector" menu. Click on "Merge with Global Responses" and then you should see that the gateway and email address are configured automatically for what was defined in your Global Responses. Exit out of this, and go to your engine's policies. Find the event that you want, and add "email" to the "Actions" list (usually will have Log to DB and Display selected - well, in most cases). Save, and push teh policy over to the engine.
