Thanks, La Shawn.. I opened a ticket for the enginemgr issue.
Regarding the Safelink console, there is a problem with the scheduler.
If I schedule the console to pull data from an agent every 3 hours between
1am and 11pm, it does not. If I set it up for a pull ever 3 hours, and a
pull take 3.5 hours, the scheduler jumps to the next day rather than the
next scheduled time. For example:
Scan runs at 1am. It takes 4 hours to pull data down. The next scheduled
run will be 1am the next day instead of 7am.
Frank from the NY office verified this when he was here last week, but I
still need a fix.
